MyCoyote

MyCoyote is a one stop, self-service portal site at CSUSB that provides integrated services to our students, faculty, and staff. It provides authentification for our students to check their to-do list, update personal data, add/drop classes, view financial aid status, pay fees, and view grades. Faculty are able to access MyCoyote to view and print class rosters, view academic advising information, and enter student grades. Through MyCoyote staffs are able to view personal data and utilize recruiteing solutions to apply for state jobs and manage job applications.

MyCoyote eHelp

MyCoyote eHelp is designed to provide campus users with tutorials in Flash movies and Word documents on a variety of subjects associated with MyCoyote Online Self-Service.

CMS Website, Training & Registration Database System

The Common Management System (CMS) website provides campus administrative users with information on CMS project progress, training, and other useful resources.

Complying CMS training objectives, ACS developed and maintained CMS Training and Registration Database System for CSUSB's CMS Project Office to schedule over 400 training courses and manages more than 3600 course demands annually to equip CSUSB employees with the skills to perform their jobs.

Administrative Management System (AMS)

The Administrative Management System (AMS) is web application desined and implimented by the Administrative Computing Services (ACS) for IT Helpdesk, Admission Office, and Records, Registration and Evaluation Office to answer main system access inquiries from faculty, staffs, applicants and students.
