The Office of Distributed Learning provides coordination and oversight of courses and programs offered on site at community college centers, broadcast by compressed video and on-line. This Distributed Learning Network includes courses that originate on the main campus as well as Palm Desert Campus and broadcast to Victor Valley College, Riverside Community College and Moreno Valley Campus.  We also offer numerous classes on-site at Victor Valley College.

On-line courses and web/classroom courses are identified as such in the schedule of classes by subject.

Students taking on-line courses should have access to a microcomputer (Macintosh Power PC or PC with Windows 95 or higher. Minimum processor speed of 200 MHz), 32 MB RAM, CD ROM drive (4x recommended) and speakers. Modem or direct access to the Internet at 28.8 K or better, web browser and a word processing program are also needed.
